1. Can I cancel or modify my order after it is placed?
Once you place your order we begin the printing your custom book within 24 hours.  You can email us to request a cancellation or modification, but we may not be able to cancel or modify the item once it goes into production.  We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification can be made after the order is placed.
 
2. Can I return a custom product?
Because we print our books specifically to your custom requirements, unfortunately we can't accept returns.

3. What happens if my custom product is damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will gladly replace the damaged or defective item.
It is your responsibility to review your order and confirm that it is correct before submitting it to us. Your I'm in the Wedding product is specifically made for you, and therefore we cannot accept returns or refunds of products if the dissatisfaction is not due to an error by us. For instance, we cannot refund personalized products if the quality issue is due to:

  • Typographical errors, misspelled words or name, incorrect grammar, unfinished text, or other material provided by the customer.
  • Design or creative choices. Please be sure you are satisfied with the color combinations and overall options of your products before submitting your order.
Contact us at 219-440-7636 or email deanna@iminthewedding.com within 7 days of receiving your order to report a damaged or defective product.
